At the end of March 2022 we successfully completed our project. We would like to thank everyone involved for the excellent cooperation.
Due to corona-related delays, our project was extended until the end of March 2022.

In our work package 3 (for the project structure see project description) we evaluate our food waste reduction measures. For this task, we have designed a factsheet, which is divided into the following points: description of measure, food waste reduction, descriptive evaluation, sustainability evaluation, taking the measure into the future and data quality of the data collected.
